Le CTCPA vous propose une prestation pour l’identification et le contrôle des multicouches de vos emballages.

Nos moyens d’analyse des structures et épaisseurs s’appuient sur les microscopies visible, FTIR, et MEB.
Les identifications des matériaux s’appuient sur nos banques de spectre infrarouge, ainsi que sur la réalisation d’analyses thermiques qui permettent de différencier de façon complémentaire des polymères qui présentent des signatures spectrales très proches.

L’analyse de la composition (type de polymère) et des épaisseurs des films complexes répond principalement à des besoins utilisateurs : benchmarking, contrôle qualité des approvisionnements fournisseur, analyses dans le cadre de litiges et de lots à défaut.
